My cross country assessment


what did do well?
I ran my hardest.
What did I learn?
To push myself really hard.
What is my next learning step?
To set a more reasonable goal.

  1. You achieved five laps early in your training, then you increased your goal - and achieved that. After that it looks like you set yourself easier goals. Why?

  2. Hi Alan. You did have a few sick days. Did these effect your laps you set. I think you can easily run long distances with continued daily training.
